Research interests:

Biology and taxonomy of the Chiroptera, paleobiology of small rodents, paleoecology and biostratigraphy of the Quaternary, comparative odontology, historical biogeography of Western Palearctics, philosophical and methodological aspects of nature sciences in general.

Late Pleistocene and Holocene faunal turnover in Central Europe and Balkans, dental phylogeny in bats, taxonomy and biogeography of Palearctiic and Oriental bats.
